BOOKING CONDITIONS

General conditions

The rental price is hourly, which includes insurance and free kilometers

Insurance is included in the price €1750 deductible,
With an additional fee of €20, the deductible is €450 (terms below)

Weekend, public holiday or new moon supplement €15/rental.
When the rental is on a weekend, holiday or the first or last day of the month

The price includes VAT 24%, free kilometers and insurance with a deductible of €1,750 or €450 with a €20 surcharge.
Fuel (gasoline) is not included in the price, the customer must fill the car himself at the rate of 1 L = 10 km.

Delivery and additional service fees

- The late fee is €90 + €15/starting hour if the Customer is late and no additional time has been agreed
- Fuel charge, only if agreed in advance, €0.40/km. The minimum charge for fuel is €5
- Refueling of a car returned without refueling: €35 +€0.40/km driven
- Refueling from own containers €180
- Return of the vehicle or key contrary to the instructions: €100
- Refund of overpayment €10.00
- Clearing up a referenceless or incorrect payment €10.00
- Changing the due date / payment plan: €5.00

Reducing the insurance deductible
The insurance deductible is €1,750. By paying €20, the deductible is only €450.
If the vehicle is out of rental use as a result of the damage, Vuokraamo has the aforementioned deductible
in addition, the right to charge EUR 80/day for idle time and a maximum of 10 days

(See also section 7 of the Terms and Conditions).

Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj acts as the implementation of the payment brokerage service and the payment service provider.

Contract terms:

1. Contracting parties

The following conditions apply to the lessor, PakuKympilla Oy (PakuKympilla.fi), Siltakatu 11, 02770 Espoo,
y-ID: 1007364-1 (hereinafter the Rental Company) and the lessee (hereinafter the Customer).


2. Terms of delivery and return of the vehicle

Vehicles are rented for short-term transportation needs in the Southern Finland region. The map can be found as a picture before the terms of the contract, the area is about 150 km. Outside of this areacan drive only with separate permission. The rental company hands over the vehicle to the Customer in working order at the agreed time and place. If the Customer cannot use the vehicle for reasons attributable to the Rental Company, the Customer is entitled to a discount corresponding to the error.

The customer undertakes to be in accordance with the reservation at the agreed time at the agreed place to receive the vehicle. At the end of the rental period, the customer must return the vehicle to the Rental Agency's representative as agreed. If the Customer is late in returning the vehicle, and the exceeding of the rental time has not been agreed upon or the Customer does not pay for the additional time in accordance with the contract terms, the Rental Company has the right to charge a late fee of €90 + €15 for each starting hour. The extension period is not valid if the customer does not make the agreed payment for the extension period before the extension period begins. If the customer has agreed on an extension of time, but does not make the agreed payment for the extension of time, Vuokraamo has the right, if it wishes, to consider that the agreement on the extension of time has not been formed or has expired. In this case, Vuokraamo will charge the Customer a standard late fee of €90 + an additional €15 for each additional hour that starts.

Vuokraamo has the right to charge a breach of contract fee of €100 for returning a car that deviates from the instructions. The car keys must always be returned to Vuokraamo's key machine using a PIN code, unless otherwise agreed.

If the Customer does not return the vehicle or its keys to the agreed location at the end of the rental period, and the extension of the rental period has not been agreed with the Rental Company, the Rental Company has the right to notify the police.

The rental company has the right not to hand over the vehicle to the Customer, if it appears that the Customer is not capable of using the vehicle in accordance with the rental conditions. The rental company will not hand over the vehicle if the Customer has unpaid fees for previous rentals or if the Customer does not have a valid driver's license. If the customer has open invoices to Vuokraamo, the Customer's payments can primarily be allocated to open payments and their possible late payment interest and notice and collection costs.

The customer must have an email address when making a reservation. Possible additional invoices such as overtime fee, late fee and the like are always sent by Vuokraamo by email. The rental company charges €5 as an office fee for other than overtime invoices, as well as paper invoices.

3. Rental period

The vehicle is available to the Customer at any time during the agreed rental period and the rental period ends at the end date agreed in advance. The vehicle and its keys must be returned to the Customer at the latest at the end of the rental period. Invoicing for the rental period takes place according to the rented time, and no refund will be paid to the Customer, even if he returns the car before the end of the rental period. Extending the rental period during the rental period requires that the vehicle is free and available. Extending the rental period is not always possible.

4. Vehicle tracking

The vehicles are connected to the Pakukympilla tracking system and a vehicle tracking device is connected to the vehicles. Unclear refueling of rentals is ensured through the tracking system. The customer accepts that the vehicle can be located using a tracking device. The rental company has the right to store and keep the information collected in this way for the necessary time required by the purpose of use. Vuokraamo complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation in the processing of the personal register that may be formed from vehicle tracking data.

5. Use of the vehicle

The customer is obliged to take care of the vehicle as well as a careful person takes care of his own and to observe special care and caution when driving. During the rental period, the customer must take care of the normal monitoring of the condition of the car, such as the tire pressure, as well as the adequate filling of the oil and other fluids.
The customer undertakes to use the car only as intended.

The customer must always follow the maximum permitted speed of the vehicle set on the road.
The speed limit is the maximum permitted speed of a vehicle set on a road.

The customer undertakes to drive the vehicle himself.  Without Vuokraamo's permission, the vehicle may not be handed over to another person. The customer must present a valid driver's license when receiving the car. The customer can register another person as the driver. The customer must inform the driver of the rental conditions and monitor that the rental conditions are followed.

The customer is always responsible for all obligations and responsibilities to Vuokraamo, regardless of who uses the vehicle.

Using the car for illegal purposes, towing, competitions or their practices, as a towing vehicle, for driving lessons and for driving on ice outside of officially marked ice roads is prohibited.
Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If the Customer does not comply with the conditions agreed in this section 5, Vuokraamo has the right to charge the Customer €200 as a breach of contract fee.

When receiving the car, the customer must check its external condition in order to prevent disputes regarding the time of occurrence of possible damages. Any damage and defects must be reported to the Rental Company immediately. The rental company recommends that the Customer documents any damage and defects, preferably with cellphone photos.

If technical problems occur in the car, the Customer must stop driving and inform the Rental Company immediately. The rental company primarily has the right to repair the detected defect within a reasonable time or to offer a replacement vehicle within a reasonable distance. Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that loading from the side is not possible in all Vuokraamo's cars.

6. Restrictions on Use

Vehicles are rented for short-term transportation needs in the Southern Finland region. You can drive the vehicle 150 km away from Helsinki. Outside this area only with separate permission from Vuokraamo.
The vehicle may never be taken outside the borders of Finland. If the customer does not comply with the area restriction, Vuokraamo has the right to charge   €200 as a breach of contract fee.

7. The customer's liability for compensation

The customer is obliged to return the vehicle and its equipment in the same condition as at the time of collection.
The customer is obliged to compensate the damage caused to the car and its equipment during the rental period and to pay €80/day for the time of the car's repair as a compensation for the downtime, up to a maximum of 10 days. The downtime is calculated according to the actual days of downtime and a maximum of 10 days. Vuokraamo charges the Customer according to the repair cost estimate of the repair shop chosen by Vuokraamo. The upper limit of the compensation liability is €1,750 for the damage that has occurred and for the vehicle's downtime per each damage that has occurred.  The customer can lower the upper limit of his compensation liability to 450 euros for the damage that occurred and for the downtime of the vehicle for each damage that occurred by paying a separate additional payment of 20 euros when agreeing on the rental. In addition, Vuokraamo charges the Customer a processing fee of €50 for the investigation of damage matters for which the Customer is responsible.

The customer is obliged to compensate the Rental Company in full, without an upper limit of deductible, if the damage is caused or caused by any of the following ways: overloading, smoking in the car, damage to the upholstery, driving with over- or under-inflated tires, lost keys, using the wrong fuel, snow damage when there are warning signs, driving taking into account the size of the car in too tight spaces, driving into too low a space, driving on roads or areas in poor condition or other careless or incorrect use of the vehicle.

The customer is obliged to compensate the Rental Company for the cleaning and cleaning costs resulting from unusual soiling of the vehicle.

The customer's full compensation obligation always also applies to damages that are directly or indirectly caused by the customer's criminal conduct, using the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, or other intentional or gross negligence violations of the terms of the contract.

If the Customer causes damage to another car, the Rental Company will charge the Customer according to the repair costs of the other car up to the upper limit of the compensation liability (€1,750 or €450), regardless of whether the rental company's vehicle insurance covers the damage.
The rental company is not obliged to repair the damage to the vehicle in order to bill the Customer for the damage caused.

The rental company is not responsible for property left in the vehicle at the time of return. The rental company is not otherwise responsible for personal or third-party goods transported by the Customer. Vuokraamo charges €20 for searching for lost items, regardless of whether lost items are found.

The customer is always fully responsible for all private and criminal legal and official fees incurred during the rental period, such as parking and parking violation fees, private parking enforcement fees, overloading fees, traffic fines, speeding and other traffic crime or violation fines, road tolls and congestion charges and the like. The customer authorizes Vuokraamo to give his personal data to the authorities in order to determine the penalty payments noted above. If Vuokraamo had to
to make a payment for which the Customer is responsible, Vuokraamo will charge the Customer for that payment, including interest on late payment and costs, as well as a handling fee of €50.

For a possible police report, Vuokraamo charges the Customer €150 as a processing fee.

Vuokraamo charges the Customer €50 as a processing fee for the investigation of damage or criminal matters for which the Customer is responsible. If Vuokraamo has to use an external legal assistant, Vuokraamo will charge the Customer according to the actual costs.

The customer is obliged to clean or compensate for the cleaning and cleaning costs resulting from unusual soiling of the car. The customer undertakes to wipe the stains, collect the rubbish and shake the carpets when he returns the vehicle. For cleaning caused by negligence, Vuokraamo will charge the Customer the cleaning costs in accordance with the valid service price list. If the damage caused to the vehicle or the Rental Company is the result of the Customer's willfulness, gross negligence, using the car under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, or using the car in the aforementioned prohibited manner, the Customer is obliged to compensate the damage in full. The renter is released from the obligation to compensate if the Rental Company receives full compensation based on the other party's traffic insurance or from the person who caused the damage.

8. Refueling the car

The customer refuels the vehicle before returning it according to the refueling instructions. When returning the vehicle, the vehicle must be refueled at the nearest gas station, and the Customer must present the payment receipt when requested by the Rental Company. The customer must keep the payment receipt (for example by taking a photo of the receipt) for at least two weeks. The fuel for vans is diesel, the fuel for passenger cars is gasoline (95).
The fuel consumption of vans is 10-15 liters for every 100 km, depending on the driving style. The fuel consumption of passenger cars is about 1 liter per 10 km driven. If the refueling receipt is not presented when requested, Vuokraamo has the right to charge €35 as a fueling fee and €0.40 for each km driven.
Refueling from your own containers is strictly prohibited. Refueling from own containers is charged according to the price list.
The rental company is not responsible for the customer's overfilling.

9. Claims

In cases of damage and theft, the Customer must immediately contact the staff of the Rental Company.
After a traffic accident, the Customer must always contact the Rental Company and fill out a damage report. In the event of a possible criminal case or when the guilt is unclear or in the event of personal or animal injury, the Customer must also contact the police immediately.

If the Customer does not inform the Rental Company about the damage, the Customer is obliged to compensate the damage in full.

10. Payment

The rental company operates on a self-service basis. The customer makes a reservation through the PakuKympilla.fi website and pays the rental price in full through the Paytrail payment service.

Car rental only with credit cards accepted by the Paytrail payment service.

The Rental Company has the right to demand a security deposit from the Customer, from which the Rental Company has the right to charge and offset all undisputed payments based on the rental agreement and other claims of the Rental Company.

11. Making a reservation and cancellation conditions

Reservations are made online (www.pakukympilla.fi). The customer receives an email confirmation of the reservation. Instructions for picking up the car will be sent to the e-mail specified by the Customer before the rental.

If the Customer cancels a reservation paid by online payment in accordance with the reservation conditions no later than 24 hours before the start of the reservation, the Customer will receive an amount equivalent to the payment as a refund in the next reservation. If the cancellation occurs later than 24 hours before the start of the reservation, the unused reservation will not be refunded.

12. Termination of the Agreement

The rental company has the right to terminate the contract immediately if the Customer substantially violates the rental conditions. The customer is then obliged to immediately return the car with all equipment to the agreed return location.

13. Disputes

Disagreements regarding the rental agreement and the Rental Terms and Conditions are primarily resolved through negotiation. If the disagreement is brought to a court for resolution, the matter will be resolved in the first instance by the district court of Vuokraamo's domicile or, in cases of consumer disputes, a subordinate court according to other law.
